Some economic aspects of the extra contractual liability of State

This paper is about the application of economic analysis to the field of extra contractual liability of the State. After accepting its use as a general tool aimed at optimizing the social costs to avoid accidents, it is focused on some peculiarities of public liability that must be considered in any analysis of this kind.
