To those interested in publishing in our journal, we inform you that starting from July 2024, we will once again be accepting papers on the basis of a broad call, that is, non-thematic. This applies to all our sections, as always, through the OJS system and according to our current editorial guidelines.
Revista de Derecho (Coquimbo), digital version and continuous publication, invites submissions for its next edition corresponding to Vol. 31 2024.
In this call for paper, contributions should be limited to two thematic axes:
Commemoration of the 90th anniversary of Hans Kelsen's Pure Theory of Law (1934-2024) (relevance of this theory today, legal positivism, legal positivism and natural law, legal science, law and nature, law and morality, legal norms, legal interpretation, and sources of law);
Topics related to the new frontiers in Law and Artificial Intelligence (particularly challenges, applications, and ethics).
