Reopening of broad call for papers

To those interested in publishing in our journal, we inform you that starting from July 2024, we will once again be accepting papers on the basis of a broad call, that is, non-thematic. This applies to all our sections, as always, through the OJS system and according to our current editorial guidelines.

Regarding the thematic calls announced at the beginning of 2024 (Ninety years of the Pure Theory of Law; and, New frontiers in Law and AI), these remain in effect under the terms announced. Those who are interested and/or have any questions about them should contact us at: revistaderecho@ucn.cl
