Approach and scope
- Characteristics and objectives. Revista de Derecho (Coquimbo. En línea), owned by Universidad Católica del Norte, is a scientific publication that covers the study of all legal disciplines in order to contribute to the development of the Science of Law, promoting critical research on topics of both theoretical and practical relevance. As per the globalisation challenges, it also seeks to address cross-cutting interests that call for other legal models.

The editorial team reserves the right to accept or reject the originals, depending on the scientific quality, the alignment with the topics of the journal and the temporal validity of the results.

Submitting an original paper implies the author's commitment not to submit it simultaneously to the consideration of other journals and to comply with the established ethical standards and the journal's current editorial norms.
