Abstract

The author proposes, beginning with a detailed review, first of the doctrine and then of the jurisprudence, a revision of the responsibility system of the State brought about by risk or vice in things in the area of Argentinean Administrative Law with specific proposals, especially to limit the spectrum of attribution of risk.
